Everything you share with me is held in complete confidence. This document sets out, clearly and without legalese, what that means in practice — and what both of us are committing to when we work together.
The relationship between an applicant and their consultant is built entirely on trust. I treat that seriously.
1. The parties

2. What I keep confidential
Everything. Specifically:
- Your resume, academic records, and test scores
- Your career history, professional situation, and any context you share about your workplace
- Your personal goals, motivations, family circumstances, and anything you share in conversation
- All drafts, final essays, and application materials we work on together
- The fact that you are applying to specific schools, in specific rounds, at all
- Any feedback from schools — interview outcomes, rejections, waitlists, admits
I do not share your information with any third party — including schools, other consultants, or any data platform — without your explicit written consent.
3. What I use your information for
Solely to help you build the strongest possible application. Your materials are used to:
- Understand your profile and identify your narrative thread
- Develop your essays and application strategy
- Prepare you for interviews
- Advise you on school selection, rounds, and positioning
I may reference anonymised, unidentifiable aspects of your experience when helping other applicants think through general frameworks — for example, noting that "an applicant in investment banking successfully pivoted to sustainability" — but only in a way that makes identification impossible.
4. Results, testimonials, and case studies
I will never publish, share, or reference your outcome — admit, reject, or otherwise — without your explicit permission. If you are willing to be referenced as a result on the website (e.g. "HEC Paris — Admit"), I will ask you separately and only proceed with your confirmation.
5. Document storage and security
Your documents are stored in a private, access-controlled Google Drive folder that only I can access. Files are not shared via any third-party tool, AI platform, or cloud service beyond this. I do not use your application materials to train any model or system.
Upon written request at any time — including after our engagement ends — I will permanently delete all your materials from my systems within 7 business days.
6. Your obligations
The work we produce together — strategy, narratives, essay drafts, and frameworks — is developed specifically for your application. You agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce this work for the benefit of any other applicant.
7. Intellectual honesty
I ghostwrite. That means I write in your voice, based on your experiences, your ideas, and your words. Every story we tell in your application is true. I do not fabricate experiences, inflate credentials, or help you misrepresent yourself to any institution. If you ask me to, I will decline.
8. Fees and refunds
- Fees are quoted per school and per service, confirmed in writing before work begins.
- Payment is due before or upon delivery of each deliverable, as agreed.
- There are no refunds once work has begun on an essay or deliverable.
- Interview preparation is billed only upon receipt of an interview invitation.
- If a school withdraws its invitation or cancels interviews, no interview fee is charged.
9. Duration
This agreement takes effect when you submit the intake form and remains in force indefinitely — including after our active engagement ends. Confidentiality obligations do not expire.
10. Governing terms
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from our engagement will be addressed first through direct conversation. I am reachable any time at kunj@admissionwant.com or WhatsApp.
By submitting the intake form, the Applicant acknowledges having read and agreed to these terms. A printed or signed version is available on request.
This is not a legal contract in the formal sense — it is a clear statement of how I operate and what you can expect from me. If you want a formal signed NDA before sharing anything, I am happy to provide one. Just ask.
